HAA Speaker Submission Site
The Houston Apartment Association hosts various educational programs across a range of multifamily-specific and leadership topics each year. This site will be used to determine sessions offered at the following education offerings:

Avenues Series | Hosted throughout the year
HAA's premier education series that features 13 sessions led by nationally-acclaimed speakers and experts that provide professional development across various topics including leadership, maintenance, and marketing.
Program Audience: All levels of multifamily professionals and supplier partners.
Program Speaker Rate: $3,500 

ACES Luncheons | February, June, September and December
ACES (Apartment Community Executives and Supervisors) is an exclusive special interest group at HAA for management executives (regional supervisors and corporate executives). Luncheons are hosted at venues around Houston and feature a visiting speaker and topic geared toward management leadership.
Program Audience: Multifamily executives including regional supervisors and corporate executives.
Program Speaker Rate Range: $3,500-$4,500

HAA Education Conference & Expo | April/May
HAA's annual Education Conference hosts morning education sessions followed by a keynote luncheon and HAA Expo trade show. 
Program Audience: All levels of multifamily management professionals.

NEXT Young Professional Breakfasts | February, May and September
HAA NEXT is a network of young professionals 39 and under committed to the growth of future leaders with the Houston Apartment Association through education, peer-to-peer networking, and legislative and community involvement. The NEXT Breakfast programs feature guest speakers on timely topics relevant to enhancing and further young professionals' careers in multifamily.
Program Audience: Multifamily management and supplier young professionals aged 39 and under.
Program Speaker Rate Range: $1,800-2,500

Speaker Selection Process
The speaker submission form for 2026 programming will open on April 14. All submissions are due by July 18.

HAA Speaker Submission Form

The HAA Education Advisory Committee (EAC) and HAA Education Team will review and evaluate submissions. Selected speakers will receive confirmation of program selection by November 21.
